The Alan Caine In School Project

The Alan Caine In School Project aims to carry forward Alan’s passion for art education by integrating his work into the school curriculum. This project not only honours Alan’s legacy but also provides young students with the opportunity to explore and appreciate art in a meaningful way.

By studying Alan’s art and creating their own, children can develop a deeper understanding of artistic expression and creativity.

Alan’s artwork is now part of the curriculum at Barley Croft Primary School in Beaumont Leys, Leicester. This initiative allows children to study Alan’s art and create their own art inspired by it, ensuring that his influence, art, and legacy live on.

The inaugural project culminated in an exhibition featuring Alan’s art alongside works the children have created at 2Queens Gallery in Leicester in April 2025.
